Advisory Group Members present Mr. A R Nanda welcomed the members and the special invitees to the 18th AGCA meeting. AGCA members present: Introduction Mr Nanda welcomed all those present particularly the representatives from MOHFW, GTZ, the representatives from the state nodal NGOs and the three consultants who have expressed an interest to undertake the review of the community monitoring programme.
